Her Story

Her life’s journey—marked by faith, perseverance, and compassion—has shaped a ministry that inspires audiences through speaking, clean comedy, advocacy for caregivers, and mentorship for women. She is the founder of DeeDee’s Mobile Notary Services (2020) and Clean as Clorox LLC (2023), and the proud mother of one son, Courtney, and grandmother to Madison and Jordan.

The Caregiver Calling

Debra’s journey as a caregiver began when her son Marcellous was diagnosed with sickle cell disease as a toddler. At just 23 years old, she found herself navigating complex medical needs, countless hospital stays, and the emotional strain of raising two children with special health challenges—often as a single mother.

Through moments of uncertainty and seasons of loss, her faith in God sustained her. She knows firsthand the exhaustion, resilience, and grace it takes to care for a loved one. Today, she uses her story to bring hope and encouragement to other caregivers, reminding them that even in the heaviest seasons, God’s strength is made perfect in weakness.

Ministry

Debra serves as an active member of Citadel of Deliverance Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Linwood E. Dillard. She ministers as an Evangelist, Prayer Intercessor, August Birth Month President, and Liturgical & Protocol Minister.

Her ministry also includes years of service at Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church and Temple of Deliverance COGIC, and she is known for her heart for prayer, mentorship, and evangelism.
